Refund policy


RETURN & REFUND POLICY – VENDIERA

At Vendiera, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something didn’t turn out as expected, you always have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

A return handling fee of 69 SEK + return shipping applies and will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps reduce unnecessary transportation, keep our prices fair, and protect the environment.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The return period starts from the day you receive the item, not when it arrives at a pickup point.

  • Items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in undamaged original packaging.

  • If the original packaging is missing or damaged, a fee of 100 SEK per package will be charged.

  • Items showing hair, dust, odors (e.g. perfume or smoke) will not be accepted.

  • You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a return is not approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping back.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Email us at infovendiera@gmail.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Which items you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

We will then send you a return label and instructions.

Please note: Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

COMPLAINTS, DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

If there is an issue with your order — such as a damaged or incorrect item — please contact us immediately via email.

For approved claims, we cover all return and refund costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Pre-orders

  • Sale / clearance items

EXCHANGES

Would you like to exchange for a different size or product?

Simply return the item you don’t want and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest and safest option.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

If you are located within the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The item must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and approved your return:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to finalize the refund.
